I was wondering if anyone knew if the pitman arm from a yj would fit on a cj steering box. I have a 92 Yj with manual steering and found and bought a CJ box because I found a good deal in it. are they interchangeable?

Manual and P/S use differnt pitman arms so if that's what you're planning then it won't work.  If they are both manuals then it might work.  Although I'm not sure if the index key is in the same location.

if the index key isn't in the right spot you can just cut the key apart and put the arm on at whatever degree you want.  i had to do that with my wj arm.

you just need to make sure they have the same spline count i would think, or else it wouldn't line up a tall
