Now about the larger wire, for the alternator, could I get this at Quadratec?
Any auto parts store should be able to sell you a couple feet of #4 and the brass connectors.  You might consider adding a circuit breaker in there as well.  I'd use something like a bussman which are high amp CB's.  You don't have to but it's probably a good idea.  Easier to do it that way then to add fuse wire.

it's not just the wire, the 2 fuses in the PDC are a limiting factor

I was looking at my Jeep yesterday and it looks like I need to run a #4 wire into the fuse box? Is that correct? Then also Sharpxmen, you said something about fuses. What is this about exactly. Is that just fuses in the fuse box that need to be a bit bigger? What size would work if that is what it is?

Another thing to add in here are the fuel injectors from a 5.0 mustang and many other cars. The design of the injectors are better and from everything said, atomize better. I have had them installed for a little under a week and I like the way the Jeep runs. Seems to have a bit better acceleration, throatier exhaust and idles better. Here is a link that tells way more about it. http://4bangerjp.com/forums/index.php/topic,3479.0.html

I got mine out of a 4.6L 93 Lincoln Town car. They are a black and yellow injector at #19 and there are some that come in Ford Explorer's that are all yellow. Read the link supplied above to know the info that I learned about it.

Is there a direct swap for a rear axle for a 92 wrangler? I am fearing that the rear axle in my jeep is on its way out. Direct swap or minor adjustment with maybe an attachment. Also with rear disc brakes would be awesome and same lug patter. Am I dreaming?

the output wire from the alternator goes to the PDC (power distribution center - by the battery and contains relays and fuses) - it is wired to 2 x 50Amp fuses inside the PDC and from there goes to the battery - those will limit the amperage from the alternator to 100 Amp

Nothing is going to be bolt-on.  There have been many discussions on axles.  XJ D44, Explorer 8.8", Town Car 9", etc...

Thought of something else that's bolt-on.  Flip and tumble driver side seat mount from a pre-'91 YJ will work in a later model.  I always hatted how the driver seat doesn't flip forward.

I just did that one - and love that I can flip the seat forward to get behind it now and clean behind the seat better after those muddy trips.
