nice! But not worth saving
in Russia it probably worth saving, the insurance won't writeoff vehicles like they do here, it's cheaper to fix them (cheap labor).

How did they get the wooden beams under the vehicle?

'95 YJ, 33 x 12.5 mud tires, RE 4.5 ED lift, Atlas 4 speed, rear D44, ARBs front and rear, 4.56 gears, 8000# winch

How did they get the wooden beams under the vehicle?


You didn't watch the beginning?  The beams were pushed behind the rear bumper and into the soft bed.  When the car was pulled it would ride the beams up and out. The cross beam is there to keep the rope from breaking the ice more.  The only part they didn't show someone going down and hooking up the rope.

Probably all they needed to get it running was to change the fluids and drain the cylinders.

Electronics are more robust then people think.  What damages most cars when flooded is sediment.  Fresh water, not so much.

Well, it worked out pretty well.
