I have a 94 YJ that I put a 1.5" body poly replacement bushings on. I had 3 issues - 2 were the mounts on the front of the center 3 and the rear most passenger side bolt. The bolt broke. The 2 center fronts broke their mount from the rust or popped out of their rusted channel. What I anticipated to take 2-3 hours, took 1.5 days!
To get the fronts out, I had to grind away the bolt head. Not much room for a 4.5" disc to get into the body frame mount. Another issue, had to reuse the stock steel bushing sleeve and separating the old rubber from it took a while to figure out the easy way. Forget the grinder, forget the chisel to knock out the rust shale, forget a long slender flat head screwdriver. Add heat to the steel sleeve, let the rubber break away from it, take an adjustable wrench and rotate the rubber. There are 11 mounts!
