With the popularity of Jeep rising, especially in the international market thanks to compact, capable 4x4s like the Renegade it’s no surprise the parent company of Jeep, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), would debut three cool Jeep concepts at the Frankfurt International Motor Show. Jeep’s concepts include the Jeep Cherokee KrawLer, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser and the Jeep Renegade Trailhawk which all feature plenty of Mopar accessories.

Jeep Cherokee KrawLer
The Jeep Cherokee is a very capable 4x4 and it proved it’s self by winning the 2015 Four Wheeler of The Year. The KrawLer is based on the Trailhawk model and was built to tackle the toughest terrain with an emphasis on being a “rock crawler”. The capital K and L in the name refer to the KL cone that identifies the Cherokee. This Jeep features improvements for the trail with Mopar equipment that includes a special suspension, which allows for more ground clearance and a set of 255/80/17 BFGoodrich KM2 tires to fit. To protect this Cherokee wider fenders, rock rails and skid plates are installed.

To give this awesome Cherokee an appearance that won’t be missed thanks to a special military-inspired matte-green body color with quartz grey interior and exterior trim details. The KrawLer is not lacking on power either thanks to its 3.2L V6 Pentastar engine that puts out 272 hp and is backed by the nine-speed transmission and “Jeep Active Drive Lock” four-wheel drive.

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sunriser is what a lot of Jeep fans have dreams about, a diesel powered Wrangler. The Sunriser concept features a custom matte orange paint job and plenty of Moapr accessories, including bumper, tow hooks, a 4-inch suspension lift and half doors. LED lighting is also incorporated into the Sunriser with LED headlights, taillights, daytime running lights and LED lights fitted between the A-pillar and windshield completing the LED lighting upgrade.

The Wrangler isn’t all LED lights, it has beadlock wheels, an engine skid plate to keep you moving on the trail. The 2.8L CRD engine is backed by a five-speed automatic transmission, which has us wanting one even more!

Jeep Renegade Trailhawk
The unique Renegade Trailhawk is the third concept Jeep debuted and features 17-inch aluminum wheels, underbody skid plates, rear tow hooks and black mirror skull caps that accent the custom anvil color and custom side stickers. The interior features sporty pedals and Mopar accessories designed to enhance the adventurous spirit, especially off-road.

It looks a lot like the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk II.  Really though, it gives the Cherokee a more aggressive look that's a huge plus in my book.  Now if only Mopar would make and sell the lift kits.

The Cherokee and Wrangler look good.  The Renegade looks too stock.

Gentlemen, you will all have to forgive me, but I wouldn't want to be GIVEN any of one these things. I started out with FlatFenders 47 years ago, and thank Gawd, after working my way up to a '98 TJ, I've worked my way back. I now own my 5th, 6th, and 7th SHORT wheelbase Jeeps. I've been working on, (and almost finished) a YJ RatRod with my grandsons and a '48 FlatFender should be delivered to me on Monday.
CJ/YJ/TJ type vehicle with CURVED WINDOWS?, POWER WINDOWS?, POWER DOORLOCKS?, FOUR FREAKIN DOORS?. Wouldn't own a JK if my life depended on it.
I want to make sure my guys know what fun is, before the scum in D.C. and the  :asshat:s in Detroit completely screw-up  everything.
I hope you all enjoyed your summer. It's just getting into good 'wheeling weather down here on the 26th parallel. Stay well.
