There isn't that much to removing the body. Hopefully, you have a bunch of strong friend or have a lift handy.
11 body bolts hold the body to the frame. You'll need to disconnect the harness to the engine and to the tank. Disconnect the fuel lines at the bellhousing quick release, take off the front clip Disconnect the brake lines at the master, disconenct the ground strap for the engine, etc... lots of little things here and there. You'll probably get a few of them then have to lift and check and see if there are any snags.
A FSM will help you locate some things but it's just easier to do it as you move along. You might want to document everything though. There will be no section in any manual that's for removing the body. Basically, it's everything in the manual.
