I keep up on ALL the fluids in my Heep as well as do All the wrenching. Looking forward to talking with you all. See you around the boards. Doc

Hello,
This will effectively be my third post: I apologize for not introducing myself prior to my first post.

Im 27years and just purchased my first Wrangler, but always wanted one.  I enjoy bodybuilding, fiance (very Hot wife to be), drag racing, hunting, camping, trails(both on foot and with the Jeep), and I also love 1911 handguns.

I graduated college two years ago and been working at Cisco Systems.

I plan on eventually going back to school for something else sitting all day is not for me.  Therfore, I am always working on my 01 Cobra, and now my 97 Jeep Wrangler.  Definitely my Jeep is the opposite of what my Cobra is.  Its slow, lifted, and bumpy: I enjoy it more thought.  My Cobra has a spec 3 cluth and man is tough on my foot.
I choose the Jeep 97TJ SE due to a good deal and wanting something for outdoor activities.  I think this rig is a keeper as it is fun to drive and can do and go anywhere.

Hey,
I am 36 years old and purchased by 2nd Jeep within the last year. I have a 2006 TJ silver and black. I have the 16"
Rubicon wheels and tires on it. I will add pictures later.

I am a high school teacher and varsity basketball coach, so I need the outlet. I really like my 06 and can't wait to start modifying. Again I am a teacher, married with two kids, so I am modifying on a budget.

Hi everyone at jeep 4banger!!!

My name is Ian and In 2007 I purchased a 1998 model TJ and I have been enjoying it ever since! I am from Huntsville Alabama. I really have not made any plans for modifications to my jeep, although suggestions for innexpensive upgrades would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all.

Chris here.  I'm not new to Jeepin' but I'm new to this board.  I'm a Jeep FREAK!!!  My daily driver, "unfortunately", is a 4 Door F-250 Superduty because it's a bear to get my kid in and out of the car seat in the back of my TJ every day.  That said, I also have a 2005 Hemi Grand Cherokee that my wife drives and of course, my baby.......My 2000 TJ.  She sits up an additional 4 inches, thanks to a TeraFlex Long Arm Kit and rolling High on 35/12.50 Wrangler MTR's on "factory" Canyon Rims.  I run a K&N FIPK intake and Banks Monster Exhaust to juice my 2.5L up a bit.  Now, "Juice" is a funny word there because that little 4 Banger is pushing through stock diff. gears in the factory Dana 30 and 35's.  I'm using a TeraLow Low Range kit in my NP231 which helps, and she doesn't have any torque issues in 4 Low, just 3rd gear on the highway type issues.  I moved back to Maryland about a year ago, from Hawaii.  I spent 3 years out there tearin' up the island (Oahu).  I've got 1.5 kids now though so I've cut down a bit on trail time.  I've got boatloads of other mods like Rhino Lining the interior and building a custom sound bar with 6 speakers and over 2500 watts of overall vehicular audio output to name a few.

"IF YOU DON'T CUSTOMIZE IT, IT'S NOT REALLY YOURS"

I certainly don't claim to be an expert but I've been around the block a few times so if you have a question, comment, or just want to bounce an idea off me, feel free.

Glad to see there's plenty of folks out there enjoying the excitement and challenges of the 4 banger world.

   Hi all jeepers,
Was surfing for some 2.5 info and stumbled upon this page and thought YEA!!!! gotta join in on this,
My name is  Jim and have had the jeep fever for 25+ years starting with a beat to hell and running cj2 that I still miss at times. Many 5s and 7s for projects
like vega wagon nomads, opel gt on a 5 frame that paid for a three jeep garage build, will never regain that karma back haha.
Anyway, I got to keep a 2.5 after swapping in a 350,sm420 into a pals rig. It has been sitting in the back of the shop for a few months now and just latched
on to a rollin Suzuki Samari with a smoked mill and my wheels start spinning Hmmm  2.5, T5 to the divorced t-case and presto cheap cheap kinda jeep
well the motor anyways.  I just need something to haul a rod n reel up to some of the mountain lakes here in montana and some top off trail crusin.
Whats good for a strong 2.5 rebuild, cams, head work, cooling, carb or stock efi, exhuast ?? what tricks are you using for this minimill  I think this will be a
fun project.... Thanks jim
