Why wear seatbelts...

This happened a few weeks ago. At Operation Desert Fun October 13-15, 2006 Ocotillo Wells SVRA.  The guy was 67yr old and no one was wearing belts.  There was a dog also.  9 broken ribs, punctured lung, broken collar bone, broken wrist.  Not to mention losing his shorts.

Yeah, that's the driver leaving over the passenger side.  There was a dog that pulled a Buster Keaton and survived.
