Anyone know if all D44 carriers fit all D44.  I have to upgrade to a carrier that accepts 4.10 or numerically higher gears and have seen several on Ebay but am not sure if they will work with the TJ D44. :confused:

As long as it's not for a Rubicon, it should be fine.

Yup, carriers are the same on 44's for both high and low pinion axles except for the Rubicon (wanna be 44) carrier

Well, I wouldn't say it's a wannabe since they are standard carries but they don't use a gear split.

I call it that because it's a Dana 44/Dana 30 hybrid.  So you get the bigger ring gear but not the stronger balljoints or locking hubs.
