need parts help now!!!!

had the jeep in the shop and found my unit bearing completely shot on both sides.  can't find them anywhere reasonable.   my dealership $180 my cost,,  napa  $220 my cost,,  advance/autozone/qtec/4wd   120-130 my cost.   any body know where i can get cheaper???? descent bearings though

The cheap brand are $110 at O'Reilly.  Can't say I've ever seen them cheaper.  Last set I bought for a Cherokee were 150 a side

Try a shop that only sells bearings.

They won't have them.  The front bearing on a D30 is a unit bearing, which means a flange with bearing and hub on it.  They're not rebuildable, you replace the whole thing.  Look like this:

If you're extra careful/lucky and have a press you can sometimes press them out.  For most people, it isn't worth it.

well i don't want cheap quality but i'll see what i can find.  i will try these couple here and see what i find.  so far  the best is autozone because they can order them in for $125 a side and they are TIMKEN bearings.  i will try these others first though. thanks guys

still 5 bucks more and probably a worse brand.  autozone's are timkens and they are some of the best.  i will probably fo with those.
