Not too sure what you mean. The gate itself is sagging ever so slightly, you can only tell when you open and close the gate. The latch catches a bit. Maybe I'll just leave it, unless it will get much worse.

As long as the tire is firmly against the tailgate bumpstops, it should get worse.  It's the vibrating that really kills the hinges.

I've had a 34x9.5R15 on my stock tailgate for 4 years now.

maybe your best bet is to adjust the lower hinge on the bottom slide of the body loosen the bolts a bit and pull the door up a bit. I had a 31 x10.5 15" tire on my tail gate and it was fine all I had to do to make it happy was put spacers between the tire and the carrier so it was not to tight against the rubber stoppers. It should be fine hinge pins do wear so it might just be caused by wear so you can make up for it by adjusting the hinge

spacing out the rubber stop will not keep the tail gate from sagging just adjust the hinge its not that hard
