Looks like your outer seal is leaking.  I think the easiest way to fix it is to remove the disc and then remove the 3 bolts that hold the hub to the outer knuckle.  Then pull the shaft out.  You'll be left with half teh axle shaft as the rest will be in the housing still.  Undo the vacuum line and the plug to the disconnect and remove the cover.  Inside you should see a collar.  Remove that as well.  You'll see the other side of the axle shaft in there. On the outer side of the housing, should be a seal.  That's what's leaking.

Next buy a decent length of all thread.  It has to be long enough to pass through the housing into the disconnect area.  Use a broom handle or pipe to knock out the seal.  Use the all thread with a nut and a few washers. The washers need to be big enough to not les the seal pass through.  You pass the all-thread through the seal, then put the big washer probably followed by a few smaller one and then the nut.  Pull the rod and seat the seal.

Actually is it.  So get a longer all thread...  The carrier has to come out as well though.

I just did mine last weekend, Its easiest to do both, as you will have everything apart anyways.

Its a 36MM socket to get the hub nut off, and it might be just the right size to be able to push your old seals out, and new seals in. I used a combination of the socket, and a custom sized washer (took the minigrinder to a large washer).

I would probably start soaking the 3 bolts on the back side holding the hub on with PB Blast before you start, they arent impossible to take off, but PB blast should make it a little easier.

A writeup also:

sorry for the double post.

If you need the part # from the dealership, let me know, because I had a hard time trying to find any dealership, or parts store that knew what I was talking about.

There is only one way for it to go in (easily).  The lip goes on the outside.  It should not be able to go in the other way.
