4.0L springs on my 4popper?

ok so i heard that if i put 4.0L springs on my 4banger it will just about level it out is that true has anyone ever done this?

(sorry i start so many new topics but i just have tons of ?'s lol and u all are really good at answering them thanks guys  :biggrin: everyone on this forum is awesome and are really helpful especially to us new guys like me lol)

they are stiffer because of the extra weight of the 4.0 so yeah if your front end is sagging because of aftermarket bumpers.. winch.. etc.. springs off a 4.0 may help level it out.

Don't know how much the cost but I went with a 1" spacer in the front (already had a lift) and it leveled it out nicely for $20.

i already have 2in spacer can you stack another 1inch on there

Swap springs to ZJ or Rubicon for a 1.5-2" lift.

I wouldn't stack two but you could look for a 3".

Since you all know i'm shopping for some 31" tires, is it recommendable to get a little lift like the one mentioned here with rubicon springs to clear them, or will they fit perfect with no contact at all?

31" x10.5's fit fine on a stock TJ

Yep, they will fit fine but will rub during a full flex.  The 2" BB looks a lot better.  Its cheap, easy and will look better with those tires.  My sister put one on with her 31x10.50's and the Jeep looks SO much nicer.

would this be an easy thing with no modification needed or how hard would it be to put the zj springs in?
