It really depends on where and if you wheel. On the east coast, lights tend to get tangled on tree branches and such. In desert areas, the high mount lights are more useful. They look nice and can help you find your ride in a parking lot (if you're not running lots of lift). They're good for looking at deer at night... It's really a personal call.
