Pull the leaky one and see if it's just a bad O ring.

it's inside the intake, so the o-ring won't matter.

that is correct!

Am i right to assume that an injector may be the culprit?  I just cant see anything else causing that...

would be like you said, an assumption - you can always test them so you don't have to guess.

But on another note, you are getting me a little confused here - i thought you decided to upgrade and fix your [potential] injector problem at the same time (hence: the purpose of this thread) but now you're saying you want to actually get stock replacement injectors - like i said in your other thread, figure out what's wrong first before you go out and buy parts, unless you have 2 vehicles side by side, troubleshooting by replacing items can get expensive - you might hit the jackpot in the first try but then again you could try about 10 times and before you know it you're out 3 or 400 bucks - just a thought to be careful.

Hey,

here's the reason i cant really go through all the testing...first and foremost i live in a small apt with my mom who can not stand to see anything car related in the house so therefore my entire tool box consists of the most limited/basic tools that can fit into my trunk since i need to haul them around.

Secondly, all the shops around are absolutely terrible. They will NOT nor do they know how to test just about anything. They eyeball the issue and replace the part. To run any sort of test or diagnose a car, they charge $75 and up depending. There are also a few knowledgable race shops that would do all work and stuff but they charge the same 75-100 for just the diagnostic, NOTHING ELSE!

So you can imagine how much it will cost to replace something with parts labor and diagnostics... :yikes:

This is why I have to rely on the internet and repalcing what i can until the problem is solved. I got quoted $300 to install 4 new injectors with their parts just to give you an idea. This is why I spend $30-40 on injectors, replace them and see if they solve the issue. Still cheaper than spending $75 for some careless idiot to tell me that i need to replace them.

Back to the injectors, i just purchased a brand new set from precisionfuelinjectors on ebay. Check out their link and claims. Seems pretty inpressive and i havent seen a single negative review about them.

What do you guys think? He says that these are Mopar injectors, not made for a wrangler but are the same with a better flow pattern.
