Sounds like maybe an incorrect gear mesh setup.  Who did the gear install?

I have new spider gears, and I can't remember what the things called...it's what the spider gears are housed in and the ring gears bolted to

Carrier.
There shouldn't be much if any noise. Something sounds messed up.

Redline mt-90 should I put it in my tranny or no? Is the GL5 really that bad for my brass sinchros, will I be helping things out or will I just make things worse with the redline

the only other thing other then gears making the noise to me is you have one flat tire and it's making the spiders spin fast but other then that I honestly think it's your ring and pinion making noise. you may have bad wear on it from whatever went before that you had repaired.

it went into the shop for fried spiders, came out ok but the carrier was walled out, put a new one in....suddenly makes tranny noise...I check the tranny fluid, it's way light and runy. Which is funny because I checked it before it went in and it was fine. I think I must be dealing with a crooked shop  ???  But anywho, it drives great and the diff that they worked on isn't getting hot at all...
