Most I know use the RCI universal - http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keyword=RCI-2161A%20&dds=1  Then use the stock sender or if you don't care about having a gauge or else want to swap out the stock gauge then there is a sender in the tank IIRC.

There is also a 19 gallon cell that would also fit if you didn't want a rear seat and wanted more range.

yea i was goin to use the RCI universal one. i would use the stock sender if theres one that comes with the fuel cell. im goin to use the stock gauge in my jeep because its my daily driver and off road jeep. my rear seat is already out of my jeep. ill probly just got with the 15 or 16 gallon tank

You can't use the sender that's in there for the gauge.  They are incompatible from what I've heard.  I haven't checked it but IIRC, the Jeeps sender is reverse.  So it would probably be best to just reuse your sender and pump.

before you do all this work, are you sure it's the fuel pump? did you do a fuel pressure test while driving to monitor it when you say your Jeep is bogging down? Not saying it's a no-no or a bad idea but you might end up doing all this work for the wrong reason.

To be honest, dropping the tank will be A LOT less work than cutting the tub...  All you have to do is release the fuel filler hoses, loose 7 nuts, and bring the tank down with a hydraulic jack.  It's really not rocket science.  I have dropped mine at least 4 times, with a 4th one coming up sometime soon (I would say next weekend, but since I leave tomorrow on a business trip until Saturday, my wife probably has something to say about that!).  Takes about an hour to drop it and put it back on (plus whatever time you take to work on whatever you are working on).

X2 on dropping the tank. had to drop mine last summer after it got in a fight with a rock and it came out and went back in far easier than expected.

If going fuel cell route kore makes a ring that adapts stock pump to cell. This way you keep gas gauge and wiring. And is a cheaper route than electric external which requires more smaller fittings and braided hose etc.
