Last night I went to my uncles house. He has a heated garage with compressor. I used a couple different sized scrapers, wire brush, and wire brush bits on a drill. I pulled the front bumper and plastic cover that says Jeep on it that sits parelel to the ground. I sraped and brushed and drilled my frame from front to back at every angle I could get at. I then used the compressor to blow off dust and such. Then washed with soapy water. I did one thick coat of rustoleum rust reformer(goes on white turns black as dries.) I then sprayed 2 coats of black hammerite rustoleum. I really like how the hammerite texture looks on the frame. Tends to hide the runs and drips as well as uneven surfaces from scraped paint bubles and such. My question is this. My uncle cant hold his booze and got all wierd buy the time I was applying the hammerite. So I had to get out of there before I had to smack him(thats happened a few times before) Since it was like 27degrees outside do you think that will cause the paint to peel and such.
