I did this basic swap except I went with a NV3550, instead of the ax-15, figured if I'm going to do the work I want the best tranny I can get. The bell housing is easy just use a Dakota 4cyl 5spd bell housing bolts right up. The clutch was the hardest thing, I used a stock preasure plate and a Dakota (I'll have to double check the year if you need it) clutch disc. Only after market peice I needed was the pilot bushing from AA. Every thing else was just a matter of pieceing together stock components.
