check the leaf springs, shackles and frame - see if something is broken or bent. how much is it leaning?

Could be alot of things,
Check to see if it is a bent spring usually around attachment points.
Check for a bent shock that restricts travel.
Check the shackles to make sure they let the spring work freely.
Try to compare all these components to the good side.

Its about 3/4 of inch off. The springs and shackles appear to be the same on both side and only about 6 months old.  In the event it is the frame where wouldyou get that fixed?

i don't think it's the frame unless you hit something hard, it won't bend otherwise. i was asking about it to check if the mounting tabs for the leaf springs and shackles are not broken bent badly. the YJs are known to have differences between left/right side mine is somewhere under 1/2'' difference, but if you just change the leafs i would contact the place you bought them from, my bet is on one of the springs sagging.

It's your springs, they're sagging a bit uneven.  It's common to see a slight difference between the driver and passenger side.

Mine never sat level until I got some custom made springs. You can try and swap sides to see if the lean goes the other way, then you'll know it's the springs or not.
