So i cracked the fuel line before the filter to see if i had pressure, and i dont. The pump is priming when i turn the key, but no fuel is coming through the line. I'm getting desperate. Any help would be great  :brick:

is there any way that the feed and return lines are reversed on top of the tank? dunno if they are the same size but just a thought. I thought you said you can can hear the pump and it is priming now - how did you determine that?

When i turn the key, i can hear the pump priming, but it sounds to me like its struggling. Im not sure if its just the sound of the pump or if it actually is struggling. I'm going to try and drop the tank again tomorrow and go over everything again. Im completely stumped. All of the fuses and relays are good also.

Well if the pump runs but it doesn't deliver fuel then either the hose after the pump on the pickup tune is bad or the pump is junk so if you are sure the pump runs and the external fuel delivery line and Hose is good then the pump is junk

Are you sure it's priming?  I might take the pump out and jump the terminals and see if it actually pumps.

take the return out at the injector rail and see if there is any fuel coming out thru there. If it's not then like these guys before me said it could be the pump and also either the sock is clogged (highly unlikely to stop everything though) or it might be that some fuel hose or line is bent and blocking the fuel. If there's nothing coming out of the return i would take the tank out and jump the pump like it is (in the tank) to see if there's anything coming out - if there isn't go from there, if there is then something with your fuel lines is wrong so fix that.

I dont know what to tell you, but I would liik at the lines inside the tank to make sure none of them are ruptured; it's been a while since I dropped my tank, and I dont exaclty remember how it was assembled, but make sure the fuel pickup is where it should be and that there are no leaks in the line prior and after the pump...
